Unsubscribe From Sound & Slope Mortgage Emails

Updated October 2026

To request removal from Sound & Slope mortgage marketing emails, send a message to [email protected]. Use the subject Unsubscribe and identify the email address that receives the messages. You do not need to explain your decision or provide financial information.

Send a simple removal request

If possible, write from the address you want removed. If you use another address, name only the receiving email address in your message. A short request such as “Please unsubscribe this email address from Sound & Slope marketing emails” is enough to communicate your preference.

Include in your requestNever include
The email address receiving marketing messagesSocial Security number
A clear request to unsubscribeLoan numbers or mortgage account numbers
Whether the request covers multiple email addresses you controlPasswords, access codes or banking credentials
The marketing message subject, if usefulTax returns, identification documents or payment details

Avoid forwarding attachments or an entire mortgage conversation. If you forward a marketing email to identify it, remove unrelated personal information first. There is no need to send a home address, property value, credit score or reason for leaving.

Separate marketing preferences from loan communications

An unsubscribe request concerns marketing emails. If you have an active application or existing mortgage, required transaction notices and servicing communications may follow a separate process. Contact the team handling that transaction through an established channel for questions about document delivery or account settings.

Do not send loan documents to the unsubscribe mailbox. An email removal request also does not cancel an application, change a rate lock or modify a mortgage payment arrangement.

For guidance on recognizing mortgage communications and protecting sensitive information, visit the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Washington assistance applicants can identify the official program organization through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC).

Keep access to resources without email updates

You can still visit the Washington mortgage options guide or use the monthly payment calculator without requesting marketing updates. Those resources can help compare purchase scenarios, property taxes and financing choices on your own schedule.

If marketing messages continue after your request, reply to your original removal email with the receiving address and the date of the latest message. Keep that follow-up limited to subscription information; never add account identifiers or financial documents.

Editorial Methodology & Primary Sources

Verification date: Not recorded; check the primary source and lender timestamp before relying on an estimate.

Rate comparisons use participating lender feeds, not a whole-market survey or guaranteed offers. Freddie Mac PMMS is a market benchmark, not a personalized quote. Calculator models rely on published regulatory formulas and disclosed assumptions rather than fabricated first-person loan testing.

Monthly principal and interest use the amortization formula P × r / (1 − (1 + r)−n), where r is the monthly note rate and n is the number of payments; at zero interest use P / n. PITI adds monthly property taxes and homeowners insurance; PMI is separate. APR includes applicable finance charges under Regulation Z and is not the note rate used for payments. Compare lender Loan Estimates for actual APR and fees.

The payment snapshot uses illustrative annual taxes of 1% of home price, $1,200 insurance and 0.5% PMI below 20% down, not verified local quotes. Other calculators disclose their inputs and assumptions. Published guidance and lender feeds may change independently; confirm current program rules, taxes and offers before a decision.
